INN8 Nexus – Looker Studio Connector (Facebook & Instagram Insights)These additional terms apply when you use our INN8 Nexus – Looker Studio Connector (the “Connector”), which allows authorized Facebook Page and Instagram Business/Creator admins to view read‑only, aggregated analytics in Google Looker Studio. The Connector does not post content or manage your Pages/Accounts.9.1 Service DescriptionAfter you sign in with Facebook Login and grant permissions, the Connector reads aggregated metrics from Meta’s Graph APIs (e.g., Page views, post engagements, new follows; IG reach, profile views, views) and displays them in your Looker Studio report.9.2 Required PermissionsTo function, the Connector requests the following Meta permissions (as applicable):- pages_show_list – list Pages you manage (for a Page picker in setup)- pages_read_engagement – read Page content metadata (e.g., post IDs) to attribute insights- read_insights – read aggregated Page Insights metrics- instagram_basic – read minimal IG account metadata (id/username) to target the correct account- instagram_manage_insights – read aggregated IG Insights metrics- business_management – read business context for Business‑managed assets (no write/claim operations)9.3 Acceptable UseYou may use the Connector only to analyze your own assets that you lawfully administer. You must not attempt to access assets you do not manage, scrape personal data, re‑identify individuals, or bypass Meta/Google rate limits or security controls.9.4 Data HandlingThe Connector reads aggregated, non‑personal insights and minimal identifiers (Page ID/name, IG User ID/username). We do not store insights on our own servers. OAuth tokens are stored within Google Apps Script (encrypted at rest by Google). Optional short‑lived caching may be used solely to improve dashboard performance.9.5 SubprocessorsWe rely on Google LLC (Google Apps Script / Google Cloud / Looker Studio) to host and process data strictly for operating the Connector.9.6 Availability & ChangesPlatform APIs evolve. We may update, suspend, or discontinue Connector features in response to Meta/Google changes, abuse prevention, or performance needs.9.7 TerminationYou may stop using the Connector at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or platform policies.
